Candidate for KMS President
Mark Brady, MD is an anesthesiologist in Overland Park, Kansas. Dr. Brady is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine and has been licensed in Kansas since 1992. Dr. Brady was very active in his local county medical society and was appointed to the KMS Board of Trustees as a representative of the Medical Society of Johnson & Wyandotte Counties in 2014, and elected to the position of President-Elect in 2019. Dr. Brady served as President of the Kansas City Medical Society in 2019.

G. Aron Fast, MD is a family physician currently practicing at Partners in Family Care, LLC in the Hesston/Moundridge area. Dr. Fast is a graduate of Southwestern College and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and is the Medical Director at Schowalter Villa in Hesston. Dr. Fast has been active in the Kansas Medical Society, serving as a Jimmie A. Gleason Leadership Award recipient in 2014-2015 and currently serving as a KMS Central Kansas District Trustee. Dr. Fast serves as Chair of the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative. Dr. Fast and his physician spouse, Dr. Annie Fast, live in Hesston.

Chad Schroeder, MD practices Family Medicine at COMCARE Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas. Dr. Schroeder is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed an internship and his residency at Via Christi- St. Joseph in Wichita in 2001. Dr. Schroeder is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Schroeder has been active with the Kansas Medical Society serving as a Young Physician Delegate to the AMA, and currently serving as a KMS Central Kansas District Trustee.

Scott Coates, MD practices General Surgery at Labette Health in Parsons, Kansas. Dr. Coates is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Coates is currently serving as a KMS Eastern Kansas District Trustee. Dr. Coates has been very active with the Kansas Chapter, American College of Surgeons, recently serving as President of that statewide organization.

Art Snow, MD practices Family Medicine in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Dr. Snow is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Snow has been an active member of KMS since 1973 serving in many capacities as committee chair and officer of the organization. Dr. Snow served as KMS President in 1993-1994, and served as AMA Alternate Delegate from 1993-1994, 2005-2010, and has served as Delegate to the AMA since 2011. Dr. Snow also serves as Chair of the Kansas Delegation to the AMA and has served as the Chair of the AMA Organized Medical Staff Section.

Dr. Warner has also been very involved in AMA activities, having served as the Chair of the AMA’s Organization of State Medical Association Presidents.
